Nice place to stay, no frills, we were only in Anaheim for the night and it was cheap to park and walk over to the park and afterwards we just took the shuttle back and walked from Toy Story. It's just my husband and I so we don't mind the walk but it might be too far for small kids or older people. Staff was nice and felt safe and it was quiet at night. Would stay here again for the right price.

The hotel/property was really close to Disney,Restaurants, Transportation and other facilities .Friendly staff, Clean , Organized and Safe. That only thing that I noticed is the door knob and metal guard clasp has to replaced because it’s kinda loose and not locking the door properly, however everything was good.

We were given a dank, stinky room with a large gap under the door. The gap let in a very noticable breeze and sunlight. The door didnt have any seal so the wind whistled through the gaps an rattled the door the entire time we were there. The location is right next to a parking garage that was incredibly loud at all hours. Because of the faulty door it was extra loud in our room.

We stayed at Kings Inn Feb 20-23rd 2025 in Room 151. The room is adequate for the cost, the bed however is like sleeping on plywood. Given the cost we weren’t expecting much. Two issues came up, the first night I noticed several small bugs in the shower, if that sort of thing doesn’t bother you then again, it shouldn’t be an issue, but it didn’t leave me feeling the room was clean. The most annoying issue is that our key would not work unless it was re-keyed. Three times we walked to our room and couldn’t get in. After a long day at Disney, the last thing you want is to have to walk back to the front desk to get your card re keyed. The staff didn’t seem to care this was an issue or about the inconvenience. After the 3rd time we’d just stop and get it re keyed when we returned to the building. This place benefits from being cheap and a close wall to Disney, if service, comfort and cleanliness is important to you I’d avoid it. We have stayed at other surrounding hotels that are competitive price-wise and better quality all around.

Noisy At Night!!

Clean motel. Super close to the park if you like to walk. Huge issue- the walks are really thin. Then at night, there’s noise so loud from the parking garage next door, you can’t sleep. Not sure if people were racing and peeling out, but it was more than just parking noise until midnight both nights. We could hear people laughing and screaming and lots of car alarms. If you have little kids, this may not be the spot for you.

Great location, Very clean

The hotel was very clean and the room was very roomy. We liked the setup of the bathroom with the sink and vanity out of the shower and toilet area. It makes getting ready for a day at Disney much more convenient. The beds are very hard, for us that was extremely uncomfortable. If you like a firm bed, then this won't be an issue. The location was very convenient with a Starbucks right across the street and a 15 minute walk to the security check point on Harbor. Unfortunately there is a parking garage next to the hotel that is for the City Walk. Our room faced the parking structure and it sounded like fast and the furious all Friday night with loud cars, burnouts and blaring music. Luckily being worn out from the park made falling asleep not difficult. If it wasn't for the beds being so firm, we would definitely stay there again.

This is an older no frills hotel that is walking distance of Disneyland and California Adventure. This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and I would stay here again.

The room we had was decent and clean. However, the mattresses are very firm and bouncy, so rolling around at night can wake your partner. Also, the walls seem thin as every noise made in adjoining rooms and above us was heard. Overall, the room served it’s purpose, and is conveniently located close to Disney and the Convention Center.

Just ok

The staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy. The hot tub was nice. Location was good. The rooms were okay but so noisy! I could hear every move and discussion in the next door room. The hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were all the same liquid. The bed was hard with noisy springs. Also, the alarm clock (when completely off) made static noise like a cb radio. I had to unplug it.

Great location! Walking distance right next door to Gardenwalk which was nice, and super close to Disneyland and the Toy Story parking area. The room itself was fine, nothing special but no complaints either other than the bed was so stiff and uncomfortable!

Area where the microwave was, is not good next to washing machines and dryer. Very good to have the safe deposit box and many drawers beside the closet. Light only on the night table at the left side, another it is needed.
