Okay stay

Suite was spacious, but beds were very firm. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything as if it were in your own room. The mini fridge in our room didn’t stay cold, and ice was only offered at the main check in counter. Keep in mind they do not have elevators and all of their suites are on second floor. It’s a good deal if you plan on staying with your whole family. A plus is that the parking is gated with pin entry. I came with my family for a Disney weekend and we were about 11 minutes from Toy Story parking. Also near a shopping center which was convenient. Overall okay experience.

Disappointing Stay – Not Family Friendly or Safe

We recently stayed here and were very disappointed. The beds were extremely firm, the pillows were flat and worn out, and the carpet was fraying. There was visible dust on the walls and doors, and chipped paint throughout the room. A leak under the kitchenette sink left water all over the floor (though maintenance did address it later that day). The shower liner was old and tattered. On a positive note, the front desk staff were consistently friendly, and the layout of the king suite with an additional room with two queen beds is a great idea for families. The furniture itself was in decent condition, and the hotel does offer gated parking. Unfortunately, safety was a major concern. On the morning we checked out, there was a man having a drug-related episode in the stairwell—screaming and crying. Three police cars arrived as we were leaving. Many of the other guests also appeared to be under the influence. I work in emergency medicine and recognized the signs immediately. To make matters worse, my sister’s room had cockroaches in the shower on the first day and crawling up the walls by the third night. This property has potential, but it’s in serious need of renovation and improved security. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families or anyone concerned with safety and cleanliness.

This place is a dump. The pictures on the site are incredibly deceiving. It is old, musty, dirty. Shower curtain rod was hanging off a screw and the shower head was lose and broken. You could see inside the walll from the pipe hole. Disgusting.
