I wanted to share some concerns from my recent stay. Upon entering the restroom, I found and had to kill a bug, which appeared to be a cockroach. Later that evening, after returning late from Disneyland, my son was the first to shower and discovered there was no shampoo available in the dispenser, only conditioner. Additionally, there was no designated space for bar soap. Instead, two used bars of soap from a previous guest were left on top of the dispensers, one with visible hair on it. Because it was late, I waited until the following morning to visit the front office. I requested shampoo and fresh soap, and your staff provided small containers and bars of soap. While I appreciated the prompt assistance, the experience raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. These issues remained on my mind throughout the night and made us eager to leave shortly after showering. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that improvements can be made in housekeeping and restroom amenities. A clean and well-stocked restroom is an important part of a comfortable stay, and I hope future guests will not encounter the same situation.

Loved how close it was to Disneyland (about an 8 minute drive) and the bed was so comfortable. The room was clean on arrival and felt very welcoming. Even the employees behind the desk and the cleaning service were kind and helpful.

Clean and Roomy

The hotel was clean. The staff was great! Really close to Disneyland which was a plus. The rooms were affordable. The only thing I disliked was our room was next to someone that had a dog and that dog would bark non stop. I thought the hotel was a no pets hotel. But overall it was good. I would stay again!

It was ok, nothing fancy. I wish expedia would've told us about parking fees. It has a very small parking lot and gets full fast. Regardless if you pay for mandatory parking fee it is not guaranteed. One night I had to go park on the street. I did like the that the room had no carpet upstairs but for nearly $300, I couldve stayed elsewhere thats better and had plenty of parking. I probably won't be staying here again when I come back to Disneyland. Also water didnt want to go down and drain fast when showering in the tube. I checked and dried to see if I could drain but no luck.

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to Disneyland as well as downtown Anaheim, so I'd say the location did not disappoint. Otherwise, our stay was lacking in a lot of areas. Staff was friendly, no complaints on that front. We had continuous issues with our key cards because they're still using magnetic stripes. Don't keep your key cards anywhere near your phone, passport, or credit cards or you'll be repeatedly visiting the front desk. The room wasn't particularly clean. The walls were dirty, and the bed linens/towels had staining on them that really turned me off. Also, the bed was quite uncomfortable after a few nights. My biggest issue is the PARKING. Limited number of spaces, tiny stalls, and if you get back later in the evening you risk not even being able to find a spot at all. A lot of compact car spaces, which were being used by larger vehicles (our SUV included) because there was so little parking. This leads to people essentially using two spaces, because the stalls are so narrow, adding to the problem. Kind of upsetting that they charge a nightly parking fee for such a difficult parking experience, that you're not even guaranteed to find a spot in anyway. Breakfast is very limited, and there's always a long line for the waffle machines because there's nothing particularly appealing about the rest of the offerings. You can see the Disneyland fireworks from this hotel though. Not the worst I've stayed in, but certainly not the best.

The hotel itself was not bad. I made the reservation in advance and check- in was easy. The only issue I have is they wanted to charge for parking when I arrived. The website nor Expedia said anything about paying for parking. After he checked me in he mentioned paying for parking. I ended up not paying; that I know of.

The staff is super friendly, and the areas are clean and well-maintained. However, the laundry machines don’t work properly. We spent $12 trying to dry our clothes, running the dryer three times, but they still came out damp each time. The washer doesn’t spin well, so the clothes come out soaking wet. Breakfast is free, which I appreciate, but it’s mostly carbs — waffles, bread, muffins, and biscuits. Don’t get me wrong, I love that breakfast is included, but I’ve stayed at many Quality Inns where they also offer eggs, bacon, sausage, or ham as part of the free breakfast options. Parking costs $15 per night. On the bright side, there’s an excellent view of the Disneyland fireworks from the property.

Listen up y’all, cuz this is it. I never write reviews and I’m going out of my way to tell you NOT TO STAY HERE. The floors of my suite for 6 with two queen beds and a sofa bed was sticky-icky. It was uncomfortable. The parking— forget about it! If you’re coming back from Disney or anywhere late, you will park on the side of the hotel or in someone’s way. I included a picture of what I’m talking about and how inconvenient it was especially because I paid for a parking space.The parking is cramped and not free. They sellout their rooms but fail to mention the parking problems. Breakfast is free and it’s also mediocre. The ame thing is served everyday: biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, apples, yogurt and coffee. I wasn’t the only one disappointed about it I stayed 3 nights and overheard other guests complain about it too. The sofa bed was a big issue. You might as well sleep on it as a sofa because if you lay it out, you’ll hurt your backs and ruin your trip this is what happened to my family. We took turns because the queen beds were fine but not the sofa bed. The other negative was the bathtub was stained and or dirty when we arrived. The front staff was giving creepy vibes. I don’t ever plan on staying here and if you’re looking for quality and comfort this isn’t the place. Only positives were distance to the parks and comfy queen beds and good shower pressure. You can here the people above you making noise the whole night. Guests smoking outside in the parking lot. Ugh.
