We had a great time staying here room and customer service was great. Horrible thing was the noise from the street. We could not sleep and heard racing and other conversations from upstairs and next door. Other than that good place to stay if you’re going to Disney.

I never leave bad reviews but this place was very disgusting not worth the money. Would never come back. I stayed here for 3 days with my 2 sisters. We were just looking for a place to sleep after our long Disney days. Rooms looked modern in pictures but they were catfishing! The floors felt sticky and left my feet black. Room smelt like armpit and wet dog it wouldn’t go away. Wasn’t given enough towels and front desk staff were rude and incompetent when I asked for towels. I called the front desk through my cell phone because the room phones were broken. I even offered to come pick them up from the front. They told me to ask the cleaning lady. I chased her down then asked her and she said to go to the front desk. They had them there the whole time. I asked for 6 because they didn’t provide pool towels and they were very stingy trying to give me 4. The towels were also very small. Parking lot also gets full at night around 10pm. Area was nice because you’re close to the Disney area but there were a few homeless people who lived in this hotel parking lot. The rooms are very easy access. Wouldn’t recommend at all especially if you have kids.
