Nice pool. Good breakfast with lots of options, but very crowded with families and slow pancake machines which are constantly empty or not working properly. Not great when you're in a hurry and every family needs 6, 8, or 10 pancakes. Long wait at front desk, even when checking in very late at night. The tv in our room didn't turn on, and the dishwasher was in a horrible state. Ice maker had been removed, but ice waa provided by the front desk.The configuration of the bathroom, vanity, and closet and bedroom doors made it very hard to get more than one person ready at the same time. Lastly, you can't walk to Disney from this hotel, and the ART bus route takes a long time to make the circle. Best option to get around is to Uber because hotel parking is $28/night PLUS fees which makes it cost $64.50 for two nights and parking at Disney is $35/day.

Got trapped in their elevator with it violently shaking and dropping. No staff apologized or made it right. We had to call for help as phone in elevator did not connect to anyone. Being highly claustrophobic and this being a huge fear for me I was terrified and crying. No staff cared at all. Found out this happened the week before to a little girl and second elevator will slam shut on you. Both still running like nothing happened.

The hotel was in a great location, very close to Disney land and shopping outlets. They offer transportation to Disney which was convenient!! We got a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room and it was so nice! The breakfast there is a 6. They do offer different foods every day but not everything tastes good. The staff was very friendly and the pool was a hit with us. Definitely recommend staying there!!

Our 9-day Disney trip at Sonesta ES was fantastic. We received a surprise upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite, a real bonus! The hotel was clean, with fast elevators and quiet hallways. The large pool had plenty of towels, and the warm, secluded hot tub was great. Both were well-maintained. Breakfast, though similar daily, was good and filling for park days. It included cereals, oatmeal, a pancake maker, toast/bagels, scrambled eggs, a meat option, a taco bar, fresh fruit, and mini muffins. Don't let the map fool you; the location is very convenient. A Starbucks, liquor store, 7-Eleven, and restaurants (California Fish Grill, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, etc.) are a 5-min walk. Disney access was easy: ART route 12 (20 mins), a 30-min walk, or a 15-min walk to the Toy Story lot for a shuttle. We preferred ART in the morning and the Toy Story shuttle/walk in the evening. An Uber to Angel Stadium was cheap, with an easy 25-min walk back. The room's kitchenette was basic (one pot, burner), but had full plates/glassware. The full-size fridge was useful. Beds were comfy, and two bathrooms in our suite were a huge plus for mornings and evenings. Staff were always friendly. Minor cleaning staff communication issues were quickly resolved by the front desk. Common areas were spotless. Laundry was $3/load (45 mins each). Overall, unbeatable value! We saved significantly compared to closer hotels and still made rope drop easily. Free breakfast, clean, great location/walkability, and wonderful staff.

Everything is pretty new the decorations are really cool. The dining room very spacious. What i didn't like was the fact that i booked this Suite for my daughter and her family of 4 with 2 small kids a 5 year old and 1 year old. It was really hot on Sunday 06/01/2025 Id call the reception to see if it was any way possible to check in a least 30 minutes earlier but the clerk Told me that they didn't have any rooms available till exactly 4 pm I even offer to pay Extra because we had 2 small children and it was 90 degrees outside! But she did help me. Btw the rooms are way too Small .Will never book this place Again

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast bar! On the first night when we arrived, we requested sheets and blankets for the pull out. They never came. During the 3rd night of our stay, we flushed the toilet and the water filled the toilet up and quickly and abundantly overflowed onto the floor and then into the bedroom where it saturated the carpet. It would not quit, so we turned off the water valve to the toilet. We requested a new room and were able to move right away. However, in the new room, the refrigerator leaked. It leaked both inside the fridge into the drawers, as well as onto the floor of the kitchen. We had to unplug it. Then the next day, the toilet in this room also plugged (nothing ..."bulky" had been in the toilet before it was flushed either, same as the last time.)
