Our stay at the Sonesta was great do our Disneyland trip! The pool and continental breakfast were great and it’s nice breakfast is open early enough for you to rope drop. The front desk agents were wonderful, Pam gave us great advice on which beach to go to and we loved that the front desk had a pin board. We would definitely stay here again.

Closet door fell on us. Exit sign was falling off in the hallway. Elevators taped up. Staff were not friendly at all. Receptionist rolled her eyes when I came back to ask another question.
