Ceiling is a bit thin as upstairs people were walking above us and we could hear them and track their movements. Other than that, we were happy with the room, seems a bit dated, but very clean. Breakfast is decent and clean. Have charging station for EV, which is a plus. I would stay again.

The room does not have conditioner for hair, pillow is small (terrible), we got a room with a blinder broken and it has never been fixed. Too much noise during the night, it was hard to sleep. We did not have a good experience.

I booked this trip 3 months ago! And got to the hotel to be told my reservation was canceled. The hotel said it was a glitch in the system. So the hotel did nothing to help me nor did hotels.com I will never use this site again. Very disappointed.

Hotels.com revised to resolve reservation issue.

We arrived at the hotel with our reservation pulled up on the hotels.com app after an 8 hour drive with children. The hotel quickly informed me they had no reservation for me. I showed them the reservation on the app and they informed me that the hotel had canceled a large number of reservations through Expedia last month, mine included, because the price we were sold was too low. I had recieved zero communication from any party that my reservation had been canceled. I immediately reached out to hotels.com via their live chat. After a back and forth I was told they were escalating my issue and that I would hear back in 24 to 72 hours. I had no choice but to pay a higher price for the room I had reserved as my family and I needed a hotel. The difference in price was more than $300. Now hotels.com refuses to resolve this issue. They will not Eben reference whether or not the canceled reservation was communicated to them from the hotel itself. They just keep telling me that the hotel didn't charge me a cancelation fee which has nothing to do with the issue at hand and doesn't change the fact I paid more than $300 more than the reserved price on my app. Terrible customer service.

I originally booked this room April 17th a month in advanced and today when I showed up at check in , they charged me about $90 more then what I thought and they said they cancelled my booking on April 24th and that Expedia should have let me know but you didn't, it still said my booking was booked. Small dead roaches on the walls, mold and musky smell throughout the room. The whole night there were cars screeching in the parking lot. Very ghetto and dirty.

Will stay again

The room was a good size. We liked that they didn’t have the usual baby size hard hand soap but actual soap & lotion in a pump. Its the lil things :) Fridge worked great. AC was good. So were the beds. Pillows always go flat, but thats everywhere. Shower water pressure could have been better. They had shampoo & body wash but no conditioner. That was a bummer. Only thing i didn’t like was that i found lil hair rubberbands around the room. Close enough to a lil market, 25 min walk to Disney parks. After a long day at the parks we uber back. We’ve stayed here a couple times & like their morning breakfast too.
