IT'S OKAY

Nice hotel but it has changed from last time we stayed.The same customer service was not as great as it was previous time. When we stayed last time , front desk was friendly and helpful. We received complimentary drinks and voucher for cafe. This time, nothing. I needed help with the parking situation. Last time I paid at front desk, now it's a third party you pay. The employee at front desk was not very helpful. He said there was a machine to pay by the elevators, couldn't find it. A housekeeper told me I had to go out to parking garage to find it. Then, at pool, no supervision from hotel. There was a large group of teenagers with no supervisiion, tossing and wrestling with one another in the pool. They were on the handicap lifter lowering one another down on it and just being boys but unruly boys. We went two days too pool and same trash was on floor. No one cleaned it. The bartender was running around getting drinks for everyone and, even though, there is an outside bar at pool area, he had to run into hotel to get drinks. He was one hard working guy and I understand, why I never got a drink.Our experience was not as nearly as pleasant as time before. I even recommended hotel to several people.Now, I don't think I will be doing any recommending. My grandkids and I have this annual trip but next year we will probably be staying at a different hotel. I am most disappointed in service or no service, other than housekeepers, they were very attentive.

Traveled with my son for his AAU tournament. This hotel was located within walking distance to the Open Gym sports center. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I also enjoyed the food from the restaurants. I didn’t get to make it to the rooftop restaurant due to timing. Overall great experience.

The property is nice in that it is a little away from the hustle and bustle of Disneyland yet drivable to nearby restaurants. It have a great restaurant at the top of the hotel. Issues I had was with an unknown destination fee if $25 per day you had to pay but got credit to use there. Very deceptive. Also maintenance issues with plumbing and noise issues as a lot of people hanging outside of the rooms talking late at night.
