Bright decor, and family friendly. Its proximity to Disneyland brings in lots of families so there were kids everywhere. Overall room was quiet and comfortable. Restaurant on ground floor seemed understaffed, they were friendly but you could tell they were handling us much as they could. Top level restaurant with view was relaxing. I would recommend for a family needing bunk beds and 2 queen beds visiting the parks close by. Pleasant stay, no complaints with cleanliness.

It was a very clean hotel. I was able to check in nice and early. They gave me a huge room. The shuttle goes right up to the front door from Disneyland, which is so nice because some shuttles you have to walk a little bit around the hotel and at the end of the night I just wanted to be dropped off right at the front door. It is a little further than most of the hotels, but it was nice to come back to a really pretty clean hotel. I didn’t have a chance to enjoy the amenities, but the view was nice. I did have a little view of the park. In fact I think I could’ve seen fireworks. Had I’ve been there at that time. I had a great view of the pool, which looks so nice. My niece did say the hot tub was great.

I booked because so many negative reviews dropped the price. My review is good and average. *nothing was poor based on the price I paid Good: hotel was pretty clean overall as we went in May before Summer break. The hidden Disney visuals were cool. And the rooftop view is tallest for Orange county. The Average: staff feels like they’re recruited from a halfway house. They try their best and are friendly but at the same time are not qualified for the job. So I learned during my stay to be patient and positive. All went well. Final thoughts: good value for paying under $200 a night for mid 3-4 star spot with nice views.

New hidden fees are everywhere. I loved this hotel because it has always been clean and comfortable for my family. But you are being charged for everything single “ amenity” . Dinner and drinks are available at a nice price point. Internet access is now a charged luxury with no continental breakfast? Boy how things have changed.
