Pros - great location, ample parking, reasonable rates, generously-sized rooms, friendly staff, close enough to be convenient to the convention center, far enough to escape the noise. Cons - miniature pillows, lighting akin to a surgical theater (maintenance - 2700K LED is your friend), toilet flushed with the unabated ferocity of a glass of water being poured down the drain. All that to say - pros outweigh the cons which were relatively minor. Great value hotel for the area.

The lady and the guy next to her when I was doing my check inn they were very rude . Specially the lady . I think here name was Ivette ( I am really bad with names ) she make a mistake and was talking about it because there were similar last names so I ask her if there was any problem w/ my check inn and she respond very rude “ not talking to you , this it’s between me and him (her coworker and her ) you just sign your check inn form “

We had the junior suite for 2 nights. First off, the deadbolt was frozen and didn't work at all. The TV remote also didn't work, and the faucet was so loose it traveled around the sink. I reported all of this early the next morning as we left for Disneyland. Returned to our room at 8:30pm and NONE of our reported items were fixed. I called the front desk to at least get the TV remote working - no one ever came to fix it. The buffet food was absolutely AWFUL! Cold, under cooked and bland, the coffee was strong and bitter. We threw it out and settled for bagels and water. We will never stay here again or refer anyone to this property.

The convenience of the Ramada, near disneyland, made the whole trip. We were able to eat dennys next door twice, and come back to the room to rest during half the days.

When I checked in I was told “your room isn’t ready yet” and I asked her “isn’t your check in at 3pm” she said “it is but your room isn’t ready and that’s where we’re at” no apologies no you can have a late check out nothing. I asked how long it would and she said “10 mins” so we waited in the lobby. The 10 mins came and I asked did you know how much longer she said “ idk how long so take a seat” very rude like if it was my fault my room wasn’t ready! And I said “well you said 10 mins” and said “okay.” That’s all she said not once did I hear a single sorry or anything! My room was finally ready and she hands me the room keys dosent explain anything, I had to look at the map and then she told me I was looking at it wrong, didn’t explain where the breakfast was or what the coupons where for, I had to ask my sister who was also staying that the hotel! We didn’t get in until about 3:45pm. Another work had come and I as I left I heard them talking about me! Very rude and unprofessional! Rooms are nice but the staff was rude expect for the ladies serving the free breakfast!
