Perfect for just my husband and I. Do wish it had a king bed vs queen but we slept great- thankful for the room darkening curtains! Shower head had weak water flow - but place was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was right in front of place so that was convenient! Would we stay again? Yes!

We had a great stay overnight at Colony Suites. Communication was great, very clean, up to date amenities. It's a quality property. The only negative is that we could not control the temperature easily, and the beds are really soft. Otherwise no complaints at all.

This property was a delight. It was spacious, perfect for 2 people. Instructions for check in and out were clear. The unit set up was well thought out. On top of all that the bed was comfy. When I come back to Palmer, I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The whole place was very comfortable, for the area it was the best choice. The price was good and it was nice having a full sized fridge and a bedroom separate from the living space. Since there was no AC in the room which is very common in Alaska one fan would have been nice to get a little air flowing through the room when there was no breeze outside.

Wonderful one bedroom on ground floor great for person with bad knees. Only drawback was being vertically challenged top shelf for dishes was quite a stretch. Wonderful walk in shower and really enjoyed the electric fireplace . Would definitely stay here again only about 6 blocks to great cafe (vagabond). Easy parking and great sunsets with the hills around.

Stay Here!!! You won't be disappointed.

If I could give more stars I would. Absolutely perfect. I don't know why I would ever stay anywhere else in Palmer. They communicated with me throughout my stay to make sure everything was just right, which it was. The apartment/condo was adorable and extremely well cleaned. The shower had hot water and great pressure. The washer and dryer in our room was a huge godsend. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were so fluffy. I was really impressed. The livingroom had comfy couches and a good size tv. The full size kitchen with full size appliances, including a dishwasher, were a real treat from the normal hotel sized mini everything. The views are beyond words, stunning doesn't even come close. Stay here! You won't be disappointed!
