The hotel was clean and in a decent area. Staff were okay, they didn’t go above and beyond any other hotel. We would stay again simply for the location and cleanliness. Breakfast was an additional $16 a person, which when other hotels offer it as a part of their costs, seems a little outrageous.

The shuttle driver was the best, he had to load our heavy bags and heavy moose antlers and smiled the whole time. The people at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had coffee and tea available.

Hilton disappoints

Not very good at all. I will start off with the positive. The staff were very polite and helpful. However, the hotel room was far below what you should have expect from Hilton. The room was in poor condition. The towel hook in the bathroom had broken off the door. The room temperature was 71 when we arrived.We lowered the thermostat to 65 and after running all night the temperature was 74. All the unit did all night was make noises. The door to the room sounded like a scene from Young Frankenstein, Our room # was 223. Overall not what you deserve for over $500 a night.
