It was okay

The room was fine, smaller than anticipated. Pull out couch had no sheets, wasnt clean and had earrings and a hat on/inside of it and a huge stain on the matress. Very uncomfortable, took a long time to get sheets for the pullout, and they gave no pillows or warm blanket. It was pretty cold!

Was a great value. We were traveling with 4 kids and we all fit nicely. Place was clean, well stocked with the basics, and the front desk was courteous and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great room and comfortable breakfast included. Issue is Saturday night neighbors using their suite as a hangout after party til 2 am. Should build better sound barrier between floors?? Monitor parties?

We generally stay at the Sonesta when we visit the area. It is comfortable and well maintained. We had some minor maintenance issues that were quickly addressed. All in all, a good option for a stay in the Andover area.

I liked the reception room, parking, and room amenities. Front desk was friendly and helpful when I inquired about food nearby. I didn't like being charged $3.50.for a mini tube of toothpaste. I didn't like that Breakfast wasn't available until 7: 30a (I had to leave at 7: 00a and would have picked a different hotel had I known this...). The overall fit and finish of the rooms and the halls of the hotel was not great. Paint, molding, etc.. just didn't look great. It wasn't old I don't think, but it didn't look good. The coffee maker in our room had a very rusty burner. The room had a bit of a musty smell when we first entered hey, the top of the refrigerator was dusty. Overall an okay hotel... But I was a little surprised based on reviews I thought it would be better.
