Hotel needs upgrade. Beware of pet Hair everywhere
The hotel staff were friendly but my room wasn’t cleaned properly. I had pet hair all over my pants when I was changing into a different outfit to go out at night for dinner. I feel if you’re going to allow pets there , it should be specific floors of the hotel that they are on. I didn’t have a pet so it’s no way pet hair should have been in the room I’m staying in. If I was allergic to pets I would have had a reaction because clearly they didn’t vacuum the floor and clean properly!
Gross, holes in the walls in need of spackle and paint.
Cheap hotel , I would never stay there again.
A worker was on the phone out side the breakfast area talking loudly about problems with employees very unprofessional!

We got the 1 bedroom suite with king bed. It fit our needs great since it was myself and my four daughters. The kitchen was great but there was hardly any silverware. No biggy. I got some plastic untensils when we went out to eat. The bed was very comfortable. Some things needed repair but for the price i was very happy. The breakfast was great. I couldn't believe the premade omelets, sausage and potatods were actually really good. The waffles are always good too!

Unwelcome surprise
When we arrived at the hotel, we approached the main counter. The hotel employee was working with another small group that was interested in staying at the hotel. The hotel did not have our reservation and could not provide us with a room. An electrical, power, or transmission outage nearby caused an influx of travelers. Every room was taken by the time we arrived, and then person working the front desk did not give us that information until after we waited some time, patiently, to check in. I don't understand why he didn't tell us immediately that he had no rooms. When we asked for his assistance in finding another hotel nearby, he suggested one but didn't offer to call that hotel until we asked him to.
It was as ok. Was rather surprised when I found out there was a charge for parking.

The staff was amazing and friendly, the facility was less appealing for the area it was in, and the floor we stayed in was filled with marijuana smoke the entire time.
Trip was not great, but not because of staff. They were fine. The Hotel is run down a little and had an elevator down. Which meant the service staff was using the one elevator constantly with bins that took up the whole elevator. TV in our room was not working correctly, the remote did not work and couldn't get batteries to make it work. Maintenance came the next day and replaced batteries but even with the new batteries it did not work correctly because the box was screwed to the back to the TV and wouldn't change from in front of the TV. You had to move to where you could point around the side of the TV to get it to work. Maintenance said it was a known problem, and they had requested a new system or TV.
I do want to stress that the staff was good and helpful, I just think ownership has let the building slip which causes problems for everyone.
It was great, except for having to pay for parking. That is ridiculous and will affect my decision to stay there again. I’ve stayed here a couple times before.
I am not used to paying to park in the motel parking lot. I did not see this in the Expedia ad for the Motel. But was notified right after confirmation.
The noise was primarily in the MOtel. Every time someone on the hall opened or closed a door it was quite loud.
The staff was great, the room was nice. and the breakfast was terrific. I will probably stay here again.
The hotel itself was just ok. The room was clean, the bathroom, the toilet was very badly stained and the tub didn't look clean enough for me to take a bath in. The so called "hot breakfast" was disappointing to say the least. They had cereal but no milk (sign saying they were sorry but ran out, this was at 6:30am). Also had run out of plates because all they had available were small paper bowls (another sign apologizing) Premade omelets with no flavor, potatoes which were good and you could make your own waffles in the waffle maker. Definitely not what I would consider a hot breakfast like they advertise, no eggs, no sausage, no bacon, no pancakes, nothing that would make this considered a hot breakfast. Overall disappointed because of what we paid for the room, way overpriced for the quality we received
