If you are not a Marriott Member they charge you for Wifi service $10.95. We could not get phone or internet service i called the front desk because WiFi info was not in the room. After an hour of the front desk picking up and puttitng me on hold i went down to the front desk to find the agent surfing on their phone. I asked about the Wifi and was handed a piece of paper with Wifi info and was not informed there would be a fee. I am a Marriott member so they removed the charge when i checked out and questioned the cost.
They do not offer complimentary daily coffee only on the weekend is that available this is the Westin WT?
Our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave we called front desk and they brought one each. We were informed the hotel is converting to add these basics to each room really.
The room was clean and nice but it is stuff like this that cuases issues and makes you want to stay some where else.
