The rooms were not very clean, and of course it was overpriced because of the football game. What I was charged was not what I was supposed to be paying according to Travelocity. It was almost $100 more. They have a breakfast area full of food, but it's not included in your ridiculous room price. You have to pay for it. Not worth the money for sure.

This was a nice place to stay. The staff was very helpful with my elderly mother and helped to provide her with a wheelchair. Breakfast was good but we had to pay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

What I thought was unique little tid bit about our stay started with a swarm of bees while trying to walk in the lobby. Checked at almost 3 exactly and left for shopping and dinner. Everything was very chill in the lobby and it seemed like we picked a nice quiet place to stay! Fast forward 5 hours to when we arrive back to the hotel. The lobby is brain shattering loud, swarming with kids and parents alike with water covering the floor in the lobby and elevators from all the kids running in and out of the pool area. All in all, it was not what I had in mind. Pool and spa area wasn’t an option for us because of all the screaming kids. I understand that all the people were from out of town for some type of kids sporting event but it also is not my problem. Just wanted a nice quiet place to stay and relax. $175 not well spent.

The hotel itself was nice. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was rude and talked down to not only us but also her colleague who was working at the front desk as well. Also, there was some crucial information regarding the airport shuttle that was not on their website. The shuttle service requires a 24 hour notice, so if you are just staying one night before going to the airport you are required to call the hotel before you even arrive to schedule a shuttle. Also, this hotel is not a park-and-fly, meaning you cannot leave your vehicle at the hotel and shuttle to the airport. This was not stated anywhere on their website and the lady at the front desk didn't even inform us of this until after we had already scheduled the shuttle and then asked her where we should park our vehicle for the week. She responded as if we were idiots and as though we should know that this was not an option, despite their website only stating that they offered a free airport shuttle, with NOTHING about not being able to park your vehicle there. Not sure what the point of an airport shuttle is if you can't even leave your vehicle at the hotel. I would give the hotel a better rating if it were just for the information conveniently left out of their website regarding the airport shuttle, but because of the way the lady at the front desk treated us it's simply not deserved.

Terrific Weekend Stay

Terrific experience! Check in with Chris was quick, smooth. She accommodated our special request which we appreciated. Well lit parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants. Room was very clean, AC worked great, awesome shower. Would definitely stay here again over a competitor (Cambria)
