Last trip there.

Found hairs on sheets and towels. Toilet lid missing bolt cover which exposed bolt which was showing rust and urine. Don’t think it was vacuumed neither.

I booked this hotel for my daughter so she could visit me. She checked in online and when she went up to the room she found that there were bedbugs and the signs of bedbugs including fecal spots and spots of blood. She immediately went to the front desk and told them about this. She then went to another hotel and was I was not reimbursed for the cost of the room. Is there anything you can do or do I need to contact Wyndham directly?

This hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The score is high to show appreciation for these folks and the clean condition of the hotel. The hotel is not new. The carpets were dingy, a few minor broken bathroom hooks and light fixtures. But no bad smells and good water pressure/temp. The price was extremely inexpensive--not sure if that's the usual price or an Expedia add-on--and perfect to shower and sleep.
