The soap containers attached to the wall are refilled after each guest. I don't want to use a bottle that is refilled, and every guest has to squeeze it to get the soap or shampoo out. That's gross, Best Western. Do better!

Pleasant stay.

The stay was pleasant, the girl at gt desk was amazing, very nice and acomindating. The rooms were a little dated, had no usd ports for phone charging , but ft desk had some plug in cubes that they let us use. Fridge was off and warm upon arrival. Something important to ma as a diebetic and carry insulin with me as i travel..
