None of the televisions in the room worked. We kept asking to be moved to another similar room or two separate rooms with working televisions. The person in charge kept saying he couldn’t do that for us, even tho the hotel was EMPTY! We were offered a token discount but our concerns were not met, could have easily been resolved.

Staff was friendly but that was about the best thing. Our air conditioner made such a loud noise we couldn’t even use it while trying to sleep and the tv had volume but no picture on it. Room could use updating and appliances checked, our fridge never chilled our drinks.
