The staff was fantastic in every way and this hotel was completely spotless. The breakfast area was also very clean with a good variety of options for both days or of our stay. The location was good and the parking lot well-lit. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

Requested handicapped rooms was put in back where we had to use steps. Hard to get to breakfast, couldn't use wheelchair. Requested side by side rooms so I could take care of both elderly people. Rooms were not together.. back door was not secure , did not even have to use room key to get in.

Terrible Experience

Toilet would not flush properly. It overflowed. Front desk person said “when you’re done, come up here and you can switch rooms.” We were on first floor and got relocated to second floor…when we asked about location of elevator, front desk person pointed and said “stairs”. So rude and no apology for anything. Although not his fault, it was clear he did not belong in a customer service role. No elevator surprised us, but the hotel was only two floors. Will not recommend or stay again.
