Staff was very nice and professional, breafast was good, and overall, the rooms appeared very clean. In fact, we saw daily cleaning of hallways, floors, and rooms. However, we saw a roach in our bathroom. Staff kindly moved us to another room, but we saw a roach again in the bathroom, and a tiny spider in the bed. Disappointing.

I called ahead several days to request, if possible a room closer to the lobby area and was told it “was not possible, but no reason given. It takes NO effort to accommodate a simple request but these little properties have staff that barely want to life a finger.

Lovely property. Exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful. The only downfall was there was a homeless mission right next door which made walking outside a bit uncomfortable if you have small children

The hotel was modern and very clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the hotel was listed as 'downtown' Asheville, we needed to get an Uber to go anywhere and walking in the immediate vicinity didn't feel safe.

Stayed 4 nights, and was put in a super quiet area of the hotel which was great, and all of the employees were very nice and helpful, breakfast was good and it was very clean and updated. Would stay there again!
