The turn into the place is weird, you have to turn & go across the road even though gps says turn left immediately so you end up making a u-turn. And there are HUGE holes in the drive, smaller cars would definitely scrape if they go in it. The room was clean but SUPER outdated. The bathtub didn't want to drain, the toilet moved when you sat on it & it ran all night. We were also charged an incidental fee twice, for a 1 night stay even though nothing was supposed to be charged because I paid ahead of time through Expedia. The charges have still not come off, so I'm going to have to make more calls. Only giving a decent rating because 1-nice staff, 2- the bed was clean, 3- we were in town for a funeral & this place is fairly close to the church. This was our second time staying there recently, I chose to go back because the beds were nice & they were clean the 1st time we stayed, and the staff was really nice.

The front desk staff supposedly manager gave me a key for a room when I first checked in when I went to that room there was already someone staying in it so at midnight, I opened the door went in the room, flipped the lights on scared those people to death that could’ve been a very bad situation I could have been horrible because they had no idea who was coming in their door when I went back to the front desk she’s like oh sorry about that but acted like it was no big deal. The second room she gave me was seriously neglected. It was right across from the ice machine, so it was very noisy. I got no sleep. The room itself was dirty. there were still time on the microwave so I don’t think housekeeping had cleaned it. The bathroom was dirty. The fixtures had rust. It was just not a good experience. I will never stay there again.

I got charged full price twice by the hotel upon check in. Clerk did not understand it was booked on expedia and it was paid prior to my arrival. The manager had to be called to fix 1 overpayment but stated the second charge would be eliminated upon check out.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was kind of small for my parents, who both use a walker. The beds were much too high. We had to ask for a footstool just so they could get into the bed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. We asked for a room on the ground floor and that was not a problem.
