I booked a King Suite with a Hot Tub at the Knights Inn Ashland via Hotels.com. When I arrived at 2:00 AM, the check-in process was confusing; the staff member seemed new or unsure of the procedure. The first room I was given was not what I booked—it lacked the hot tub and was not clean. I was moved to a second room, but it had two queen beds instead of the King I paid for. Exhausted and needing sleep before the 11:00 AM checkout, I gave up on trying to get the correct room. Beyond the room discrepancies, there were several maintenance and amenity issues: • No Room Phone: There was no phone in the room, so I had to use my personal cell to call the front desk. • Missing Items: Despite booking a smoking room, no ashtrays were provided. • Maintenance: The bathroom vent was completely non-functional. I am very disappointed that I didn't receive the specific room type or the functional amenities I paid for. Especially when it was $117.73 including taxes and protection plan

Had issues with the water backing up and to the bathtub waited for maintenance. Maintenance, come too late at night was in bed . Was not able to shower due to waiting for maintenance returning supposedly in the morning but it was no show. There was some sort of gump down inside of the bathtub hole hair and black muck.

Non smoking room. Noticed the side of the door was broken and rigged to close. People had broken in in the past. One pillow had a brown smudge. When pulling back the covers, the sheet had cigatette burn holes. The heater blew up the curtains and heated the window but probably not the room. Upon investigation, under the window sill was rigged with wood underneath but there was still holes to the outside. There was a large wolf spider in the bathtub. We stayed for less than 10 minutes. The pictures shown online are fake.

Nashville trip

Room was clean, but there was few thinks that need addressed. Coffee pot was broke and the microwave was not plugged in anywhere. Hot tub worked, but a few jets did not function.
