Lovely hotel in centre of Athlone. Worth paying for a river view room. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only downside was noisy aircon units outside bedroom window

We were in Ireland for two weeks. And only stayed at this hotel one night however, this was by far the best hotel with amenities, noise, level, view of the river, and closeness to all sites that you might want to visit!
