Tried unsuccesfully on hitels com to cancel this reservation. Called hotel and was referred back to 3rd party. Could not get a live person and teke bot/chat were terrible and did not address cancellation.

The conditions could be a little better and a couple minor tweaks could be made towards the room appearance. It looked so dead, but nevertheless service was good thanks to security outside he was cool. I also got a suite and was placed on the second floor.
