I checked in at 1am after a cancelled flight to find the room dirty, bed slept in and bathroom towel used. I went back to the front desk for a new room, to get back up to the room and the key didn't work. Extremely frustrating experience after sitting on the tarmac for 5 hours. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, they felt bad. The hotel itself was nice and modern.
