Great hotel, less than 10 min ride in their shuttle from ATL's Ground Transportation area. Stayed 1 night in between flights. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and kind. Shuttle drivers were courteous and safe. On my shuttle ride back to the airport the next day, I really enjoyed speaking with the driver (lady) from Virgina. She had a very welcoming, positive demeanor, which made the start of my return trip that much more pleasant.

Sterling was chatting with a friend when I arrived but helped me shortly after. I asked to use my Hilton Honors as I do every time I book through Expedia and he was very rude and said I couldn’t use it because of a 3rd party app. I explained that I always use it with Expedia and he got louder and ruder saying that “well I’m telling you are aren’t using it now! We don’t do that” he was unkind, dismissive and rude.
