I always stay at this hotel when I'm in town for the First Friday Stepper's Set ,and the staff is always friendly,I also enjoy the breakfast and shuttle service.

EVERYTHING......THE WALKING AROUND THE LAKESHORE....THE INDOOR HEATED POOL that wasn't heated.....but I'm complaining....just an observation.....I ate from an option from FOOD TRUCKS...LIQUOR STORE....RESTAURANTS....AND every kind of shopping is needed......AND I get to SING LIKE THE THERRELL HIGH FIRST

Very well managed property. Workers were very productive. Breakfast was tremendous for a free hotel breakfast. Staff and local police were doing a good job keeping local undesirables away. Based on other reviews I was a little concerned about my rental car but we soothe extra money on supplemental insurance without needing to. Location is the only negative to this fantastic hotel staffed by friendly wonderful people

We have stayed here before but this time a pipe burst and we had an event to get to! It was horrible. I know you can’t control that but it was a rough visit. They kept us updated and that was great. I believe they had a large group there as well… kids were all over the lobby from the pool so water was all over the place. Could be a hazard and no one to clean up. Overall I would recommend for that area but my husband said we won’t be back!

Overall the staff was very friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. But my internet never worked which I needed for work and school. And the shuttle was not there to pick me up to take me to the airport. The shuttle driver said there was bad traffic at the airport and he was stuck, but I called an uber and there was no unusual heavy traffic. We had no problem getting to the airport. I could have dealt with the internet but I felt like someone was not being honest with me. I had a 7:30AM shuttle pick up time which turned into 8:30AM. So I took an uber and I guest I beat the shuttle to the airport. Be careful if you have an early morning flight leaving this hotel.
