Older hotel

Breakfast selections were great. Check in was quick but impersonal. Rooms are in need of a major upgrade. Carpets worn and painting needs to be done drastically. Bed was soft and saggy. TV was adequate and ice machine worked on the floor above us. Plenty of hot water and internet worked well. Neighborhood is not safe. Police were in the hotel looking for some men.

AN UPGRADE

The staff at this hotel are nice, friendly, and professional. However, this facility is outdated and the carpet is very worn. The area of this location is great. It is close to shopping centers and restaurants, but it needs an upgrade for my ATL experience to really be a 5 star. Also, the pool area is great. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel is questionable in my option because the room was so outdated it was difficult to tell. :(

Our stay was great! The room was nice and the A/C was quiet. We enjoyed our free breakfast every morning and thought the food was good. The selections varied daily which was nice and was items were kept stocked through out the designated breakfast time. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location is near the Marta station which is great for getting to and from the airport. Also, parking is free and there are ample places to park. We felt secure parking our rental car there. I would definitely stay again!

Overall good stay, especially for the price

Overall we had a good stay. The room and bathroom were on the small side but clean and overall in good condition. The big exception was that the toilet was quite slow to refill; my husband ended up having to fill the wastebasket with water from the shower multiple times to get it to flush. The breakfast was excellent. Good variety and they actually have gluten-free muffins! As someone with a wheat allergy who has *never* found GF muffins or other GF baked goods at a hotel breakfast, I was very pleasantly surprised by that. They also have other quality items, like Greek yogurt along with regular.

It was good the smell going into the 3 rooms we had wasn't pleasant. Maybe carpet needs shampoo or something. Weird Homeless man at the back door that didn't lock. Overall it was good.

Location and overall experience was great but the bed was not comfortable. The mattresses were pretty soft, and not in a good way. You could feel the springs. Probably need to be replaced.

The room I got doesn't match the description on Expedia. The room is approximately 300 square feet or less. However, the Expedia description states: "400 square feet" and features a picture of an additional sofa and sitting area. The front desk said that's the room I booked, and they don't know why Expedia showed misleading images and descriptions. The location was not the most convenience for me and I booked this hotel specifically for the claimed large room. Very disappointed.
