The property wasnt bad. Upgrades definitely need to be made in the rooms. Overall it was a comfortable stay, but i did expect more. Ive stayed at a Hyatt House before, with nicer rooms.

Not terrible for staying here one night but would not want to stay here for longer than one night. Breakfast is okay but you get what you pay for. Probably won’t choose to stay at this hotel again.

Limited parking caused us to park off-site. The surrounding area is not the greatest so I felt uneasy about having my vehicle parked off the hotel property. Turned out not to be an issue but more on-site parking is still needed.

Room was okay. Some parts of the bathroom sink had mold. No dishwasher pods but we had a dishwasher, no detergent to wash dishes so not sure why we had a suite. We asked for a pack and play which they’re advertised to have but they said to wait until morning for house keeping to arrive and then said the house keeping doesn’t know where it is so our baby had to sleep on the bed with us. We also asked house keeping to make the sofa bed 3 times to which they said they would and they never did. Not the best experience but thankfully we were not at our hotel for most of the day.

Hyatt House Cobb Galleria was a great stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious. The lighting setup was a little odd, but nothing major. Good parking and super close to Truist Park — I’d definitely stay here again!
