The room was okay. The shower pressure was great and the water hot. The room was booked and paid for via a 3rd party. An error was made with the check in date. We had to spend an 1 hour and a half getting rebooked with a rate increase. Then we had to use a different credit card to apply a $100 incidentals hold. This was never disclosed and absolutely ridiculous.
