I stayed here with my mother and my 2 kids in a suite. They didn't have enough cribs. Staff is unprofessional and difficult to accommodate requests. They removed bedding from the room and refused to return it. (I was told by 2 night manger on 6/31/25 they did not have a pillow to put back in the room for my Mother to use) They would not clean room without being asked daily - 2 days cleanings were missed entirely. Couch smelled bad, Mom got ring worm from staying on the pull out couch - Disgusting! I submitted a complaint to corporate.

We returned to this property after a great experience last fall. They have changed ownership, so maybe some things are in flux? Arriving to check in around 9p, there was nobody at the desk and I waited about 10 minutes. In the room, we found cobwebs on the light fixtures and a bug running across the bathroom counter. My wife saw another bug in the morning, running up the bathroom wall and two more in the bathtub. We also noticed that the elevator inspection cards had expired in May of 2024. Hopefully these things are getting fixed with the change.

The hotel was okay but we didn't get the daily clean or servicing in our 3 night stay. The continental breakfast was just okay, nothing grand. The worst part was that we booked a double queen room and those beds were NOT queen beds, they were doubles/full. AND the mattresses were awful! We stayed in room 423 and upon checkout made sure they knew that both beds needed to be replaced. It was God awful.
