The room was terrible! I reserved a handicap room in advance because of a hip injury. Once I arrived at the motel to check in, I was told by the clerk that I DID NOT reserve a handicap room. I showed her my reservations showing that the handicap room was reserved in my name. I was then informed that there were no handicap rooms available. I was assigned a room in the end of the motel in a hole. Once the curtain was pulled back, a brick wall was looking me in the face. The length of the curtains covered the vents in the air/heating unit on the wall, so basically you had to remove the curtain to get proper heat in the room. Even though I showed the clerk my advanced reservations, there was NO offer of a discounted rate for this stay. For MANY years, I have always used Expedia.Com for all my reservation and have always stayed at this Motel 6 whenever I was in the Atlanta area. But NOW, this reservation has me wondering if I use continue to use your service. I am very disappointed

The hotel was low grade remodeled. Stations on walls, burn on comforters in non smoking room, bathroom door was extremely dirty and rotting, no phone service, no deadbolt, did not feel safe at all as a woman traveling

I had reserved and paid in full for two nights. When we checked in, I was told I had to pay $12 per day also. Hotel.Com assured me my total WAS the total, no other fees. I was very upset about this. A hotel wants to also stick you with paying to park in their parking lot? I don't get it. I tried to asked questions, such as why? I received no useful response. My wife was going in for emergency surgery the following morning at 05:00 (Piedmont Atlanta) so I did not have options. I felt like I was being robbed. Just another sneaky way of slipping in another "fee". So dirty it felt slimy.

Location mainly decent however the parking area people were in and out. Sketchy, pacing . When checking in lady was on a personal call the whole time very rude acting as well. However the laundry lady and house keepers were very friendly. Whole place smelled bad, had to go buy sheets , blankets, Fabreeze and cleaner to get my husband to stay there.

We stayed for a music festival and it was perfect. Not many amenities but we didn't need much. It did have a mini fridge and microwave which were super handy for late night snacks after the festival. Nice and clean, extra towels and pillows on request, great staff! Best of all, 1/3 of the price of the other places nearby.
