Enjoyed the bar staff and food was excellent. Hotel was renovating. Loud noise from drilling g until 11 pm. No ice machines worked from floor 5 to 8. We stayed on 7th floor. Housekeeping had to be called to clean room and get hand towels. Checked out early. Informed front desk of early departure. Was told could not get refund for early check out.

This was a horrible experience and I probably will never book this hotel or any hotels in the area again. I was failed to be informed about the construction and was awakened by the sounds of drilling and hammers every morning around 7:30 or 8 o’clock

The ease of checking in was good. The hotel exterior and interior is clean. The are is good. The city of Duluth has tons of restaurants and shops and it’s 12 miles from the Mall of Georgia. Now….the room not so much. The hotel room was clean HOWEVER; no toiletries came with the room, the shower does not have a space for you to store your bar soap or body wash. You have to place it on the floor. Who wants to put their belongings on the floor?! The a/c unit stayed on cold air and there wasn’t an option to move it to heat. When you put the thermostat on 78 the air blew cold and and it blew all day and night. There’s N overflow parking lot but no one tells you that! You have to drive around and find out
