Not only were there things pictured that were not available (pool, restaurant, Starbucks), but their own messages when you turn on the tv still says these are features of the hotel, even though the lady at the front desk said the restaurant has not been open for MONTHS! The manager was "not there" the entire length of our stay. The room was dirty, and MANY things were broken/in need of repair (the light when you first walk in, the cabinet door where the fridge is kept, the faucet, the toilet paper holder, the shower curtain rod, the flusher on the toilet, electrical outlets were loose) and there was only 1 tiny garbage can in the room. Not to mention that was trash piled up inside and outside the hotel. Ice machine was not working so they provided a cooler with no lid and an ice scooper provided up front. This "non-smoking" hotel smelled like cigarettes in the hallway and dog pee in the room. We know were not the only ones unhappy because there was another guest there arguing with the front desk clerk and the police were even there. If I had not already paid for the room through expedia we would not have stayed there. The whole reason that we chose this hotel over hundreds in the area was for the features that were not even available. Staff did not care, told me to contact Expedia for a refund.
The restaurant is clearly not just closed for the day, but closed down completely!

False advertising. We looked online to fine a hotel with a pool fir our kids to swim and enjoy summer, so we booked this hotel. Only to our disappointed when we checked in to ask if we could use the pool but the hotel attendant told us the pool is not open. So we came to our room to discovered the room was smell like someone just smooking met in there. We could not stay there for long, but came back to check out immediately. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone with family &kids.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a deeply disappointing experience. I slipped and fell in the bathroom due to the lack of a non-slip mat — a basic safety feature any decent hotel should provide. After the incident, I immediately reported it to the front desk. A man who claimed to be the manager had me fill out an incident report and promised a one-night refund. That promise was never honored. No one followed up, and the hotel completely ignored further communication. I later discovered that many guests have had similar complaints about poor service and unsafe conditions. I strongly urge others to think twice before booking here.

The only good thing about the stay were the employees that were very friendly and hospitable. Outside of that the hotel smelled really bad, the rooms were very dirty, the carpets in the room and hallways had dirt and spots all over them, the bathroom was extremely dirty. Found hair and crumbs on the bed sheets the night we checked in.

The place is quiet and peaceful but needs fixing and updating. The hotel is outdated. Plumbing in shower was clogged. Holes were in the walls that looked like they tried to repair but it’s still visible. I would not stay at this hotel again

For the price this was an okay place. No breakfast option on the day I was there, but there are restaurants nearby. Water pressure in the shower was good, but the bathroom sink was really low.
