When I arrived the floors were sticky. I had to call the front desk and they sent someone to come mop the room. There were two corona tops thrown around the room which tells me that the people that clean the rooms don't clean them thoroughly. The jetted tub had like orange rings around the jet holes. The pool was closed even though we were not informed of that before booking. We were very disappointed because this was my son's second time in AC and he was looking forward to an indoor pool. If the pool is indoor I don't understand why it wasnt open during the kids spring break. Overall not happy and will not be staying there again

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm. When I arrived at 6 my room wasn’t ready! I was told because of this they will extend my checkout which wasn’t a win for me because I left early anyway. I think some monies returned is a better compensation. There was only one elevator working and my room was on the 14th floor. It took me an half hour to finally catch the elevator. I will not be staying here again. The room was average with a pull out couch but after looking at the couch me or my sister didn’t even want to sit on the couch! This place is definitely a NO for me!

Elevators are slow. soon as you pull up the lights are very dim and flashing. the room we stayed in observing the bed it had someone's hair all over the sheets. the air unit made a loud noise making it very uncomfortable to sleep throughout the night there is no cameras in the stairway going to the garage where you park your car,and there is prostitutes and bums hanging around the facility at night time. Only good thing about it is the fact that it's close to the boardwalk.
