A big letdown down. In the kids activity corner room, the attendee did not even allow my child to paint or color. It took forever to get up and down to the room and back down to the lobby to the extreme rush at the elevators. Too many people and too much of a long wait time by the elevator. Highly inconvenient and frustrating. Parking space is very confined.

I would stay somewhere else.

It was not good. The front desk could not find mu Hotel.com reservation. They could not a a new day to the resetvation and charged me twice for the day I vooked the room with Hotel.com. The building was worn down. The toilet ran all night very loudly. The front desk didn't know their own rules about staying at the hotel. We asked for a late check out and they gave us 30 minutes more time. The hotel was clearly no where near capacity. The parking lot attendant was very rude and gave us a hard time when we tried to park. They hotel double charged me a deposit and only told me when we cam back to the room late at night whenI was exhausted.

Great! Clean, spacious, affordable Booked a king suite, gave us double room but the size of the room & comfort made up for that. Only downside was there's 3 elevators but only 1 working at the time which was time consuming & limited space.
