What a great stay. From the time I checked in to the interactions as I came & went every single person I met over the 4 days I was there greeted me with a genuinely warm smile and asked if there was anything they could do for me. I don’t know why I’ve always been such a fan of the holiday in but this is just another reason why. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had. They are currently updating the property which is nice to know because it does need it & I will be back in the area again.

On our last day there housekeeping was only getting to cleaning the rooms late in the day. We had just come back and were trying to shower and I asked them to come back in a little bit. I was able to get a few fresh towels but they never got back to us. Let the front desk employee know and he had come by to ask if they had come to clean the bathroom and I told him no. At that point it was after 7pm and we had to leave the hotel at 100am for a flight and we’re going to bed. I was not really happy about that.
