You had to search for staff. Noone to ask to valet, help with luggage etc. Room Service was awful. We come often and are going to find another place as the staffing issue etc has severly suffered.

Overall Cleanliness is the reason for 3 stars. The room floors and surfaces were not well cared for. It felt gross in such a lovely space. Beds & bathrooms were clean and fresh but nasty floors are just gross.
