This hotel was amazing! From the check into the checkout. We came to town for a girls weekend during ACL and it had that large hotel feel but with the boutique hotel intimacy. If we needed anything, it was delivered to us right away. I used the gym, the pool, the lobby And everything was excellent. I will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Austin or any other city that has a hotel, Zaza! The hotel all around was so clean and all the staff was excellent. Shout out to Felisha and Mia for being particularly lovely! Also Patricia in the Upstairs restaurant by the pool was excellent!

The hotel is centrally located and you can't beat that! We booked a junior suit and were really surprised about the layout -- for such a large room, it was quite bare. not a ton of furniture and there was one armoire for clothes but no other closets. the bathroom has lights right over the sink and pin lights right above a mirror are a really bad combo! you can hardly see yourself. housekeeping was a little hit or miss - various products weren't refilled but we did get a ton of towels and that was much appreciated! it was a very spacious room and comfortable, but the design was a little strange. the pool area and restaurant / bar on 7 was great -- the staff was super lovely, the pool was nice, and there was a ton of seating around the pool area to do a little work or sit with a cocktail. outside of these few things, i enjoyed the stay and would come back.

Austin Anniversary Trip

My wife and I just returned from the Hotel ZaZa and we had a wonderful time, starting with check in. My wife mentioned that we were celebrating our 35th anniversary and we were upgraded to a suite. The rest of the staff was equally as nice during our stay. They provided great restaurant recommendations and suggestions for where to go. The downtown location is near everything and the rooftop pool was very welcoming after spending the day in the hot Texas sun. The hotel also provides complimentary car service to local spots.
