The Hotel, Staff, and Breakfast was good, HOWEVER!!!! they charge you $65 to valet park and there is no other options! We had the worst experience trying to get our car, at 30minutes i asked the Valet manager he said it will be 10-15 min due to traffic, well it was already 30min, then at 1 hour my wife asked an explained we had to get our daughter to a College Tennis match, Can we have our keys so we can move it ourself, he said no, then 4 cars we driving out by the owners! What! I want my money back for this shame Valet Non service! we waited over an hour and the gate arm hit my wife in the head, the operator did nothing! Don't ever stay here if you have a car!

The property was great, the front desk was extremely welcoming. My only complaint would be the valet. With the price being so high you would assume the service would be comparable. From the beginning once I arrived the valet was not available out front to receive my vehicle nor assist with a bell cart. Once I walked inside, valet was conversing with the front desk I asked if anyone was available to take my vehicle. She proceeded to finish her conversation and then took my keys not really acknowledging me. That felt off. The second day when pulling into valet, she was sitting inside on the chair and again I asked if valet was available. The front desk pointed to the young lady and again it was like pulling teeth to even give my vehicle. The young lady was never rude but did not anticipate the service from valet to be so nonchalant. I understand the culture and laid-backness of Austin is different from the rest of Texas but the sure lack of customer service and care from valet would be the only thing that would steer me from returning to this property.
