The hotel is busy but comfortable for a downtown hotel. Our first room was noisy from a loud whistle coming from the wall. We roughed it out the first night. In the am went to the front desk and Hakeem at guest services was fantastic. Changed our room and got us all set up. Hakeem is a fantastic member of the hotel staff.

Room was clean and nice. Hard bed and glat pillows. Homeless sleeping outside on benches. Parking costs big $$$. Restaraunts have mostly average food for hogh $$$, but you can find a gem every here and there... nowhere close to hotel. Convenient to convention center, whenever it is rebuilt.
