The room was dirty, the staff did not care to service. When the brought clean towels they did not pick-up dirty towels. We were caught in a rain storm outside, when we came we asked for extra towels. The reception said bring them right up but we did not receive any. Called down front desk did not answer. I came down and they were mad at me. Extra charges at check out amount to nearly $300. I had to refer them to the Expedia one price promise over and over. Miserable experience.

The Omni was a great hotel for my wife and I to spend our anniversary. It was very relaxing and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool and fitness center and it was easy to walk to many good dining and entertainment options downtown. Kristy at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
