Kind and helpful front desk, rooms were not freshened up. It was rainy and it is expected there would be some dirt/mud coming in….room floors were gritty. We had to ask for basics such as: towels, toilet paper, omg and do not expect to watch any television at all… *Freindly staff; however, the excuse was that they are still following COVID PROCEDURES, short stays do not get their rooms freshened meaning staff does not enter to check on room.

I have always stayed in this hotel because it is closer to the concert venues I go to and it is always been my go-to location. However, this time around it was different. Upon arriving to my assigned room, I was greeted with the bed being undone, the restroom dirty and the floor soaked in water. I needed to get ready for the event so I did not let the staff know until I was about to leave. The lady was rude and almost wanted to downgrade me to a twin bed (luckily I was able to get the same room). This whole mishap made me late for my event and for the price I paid… I much rather go somewhere else. I loved this location because it’s safe and always super clean but this was a disappointment.

It was nice the only two issues I had was the person above me and next to me making noise early hours in the morning. Also my ac unit was making a loud noise that kind of made it hard for me to sleep. But overall the stay was nice and the room was clean and i stay for four days and got my housekeeping after my second day so I like that.

My room smelled and was pretty dirty. Looked like what was mold in the bathtub and hair that was left from someone else. I had several stains on my sheets. The door to my room stuck bad and it was hard to shut/open. The tv also didn’t have any channels that you could watch besides the guide. Apparently service was cut off and had just turned back on. Needless to say I didn’t sleep well because of the lack of tv…which is what I usually fall asleep to. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. You’ll thank me later
