I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall everything was okay. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, which caused me to miss the first night of my reservation. When I arrived early the next morning, the hotel offered to cancel that missed night, but only if I waited until the standard 3 PM check-in time even though I had already traveled overnight and was ready to check in. I ended up paying for the night I couldn’t use, just to be allowed into my room in the morning. On my last day, I requested a late check-out, but the receptionist refused simply because I had booked through Expedia rather than directly with the hotel. Instead, I was told I would have to pay $25 per additional hour, which felt unnecessarily rigid. The hotel itself was fine, but the lack of flexibility and the way policies change depending on how you book was very disappointing.
