Very cute spot. We had a queen and two bunk beds, and the bunk beds were actually comfy and big (I’m 5’9” and I fit). Walking distance to everything. Just be ready for stairs, you’ll get your steps in, no elevator.

I did not get the name of the lady who worked on Christmas day, but she was nice, professional and check-in was faster than I've ever experienced. We checked in early, there were homemade cookies at the front desk that she made. She gave us clear instructions on what to do if we needed help and made our stay easy and welcoming. And we are grateful that she was available on Christmas day to assist us. We will be back again.

Front desk staff seem bothered to check us in and not very informative in any questions we asked about the area. As fas as room, looked outdated , hall way to navigate through hotel looked outdated as well. Check out staff was super friendly

We had the balcony ocean view room which was beautiful and comfy, however, it was on the 4th floor and the hotel has no elevators. It was not a huge issue for us (except w luggage and after very long hikes), but thought it was something that the property should have been more clear about. If you do not want to do a bunch of stairs, even just to go grab coffee or fill your water bottle, this place is not for you. Otherwise it was very cute and quaint and the location was perfect to walk to all destinations. A room on the first floor with no view is prob easy.
