Good location. Right on the ski bus stop. The rooms were clean. However, the layout of the hotel is a little tricky with so many levels and ramps/steps. His property is an old building has been renovated many times. We enjoyed the numerous hot tub options to handle the amount of guests. It does get noisy, especially with wheeled traffic on the rough tile floor. This creates a lot of noise from luggage/service, trolleys, etc.. in the large open hallways. The hotel staff at the reception desk are not the friendliest people. They all seem to be wishing they were anywhere but there. Barely make eye contact, below average customer service. They really don’t have any answers for you for basic questions. I get the vibe that, “I just work here“. other nearby properties are a much better experience overall. Similar price point.

The property and the rooms are very clean and well kept. There is also a lot of parking options, but finding the exits to the parking lot are some times difficult. Overall a very good hotel value given the size of the rooms - I had a suite with a family room/kitchen. My only complaint is the stairs to get up and down - to get down from the 2nd floor, I had to go up and then down.
