The hotel was clean and quiet for the most part. It was near a CVS and Safeway so it was easy to go pick something up if we needed it. It was also about a mile walk from the Ferry so we were able to take a nice walk there to get over to Downtown Seattle. The hotel itself was pretty average but a nice safe place to sleep when we weren't out exploring the area.

Front Desk was extremely inflexible. I have booked thru Expedia for a long time and at Silver status for years. Quality Inn has always been my favorite chain. However, I am definitely beginning to give it a 2nd thought now. I always get a little extra consideration about check in (early if the room is ready) check out (late) thru Expedia being a Platinum member. However, this hotel was NOT buzzing at all for check out even for a minute later (we asked for an extra 30 minutes as we woke up a little late). I thought that was very inconsiderate and rude. Breakfast quality was actually worse than Motel 6. Won't be my first choice next time !!!

It was a good stay except they did not have my Expedia reservation. I had prepaid to get a good rate and Expedia made up the difference in credit. It took an hour to finally get a room.

Staff was less than friendly...maybe she was having a bad couple of days (?). Noisy due to nearby road and construction vehicles which took up all the compact car parking in a small lot making difficult for other patrons to park. The room was decent although the shower curtain was not long enough and the floor was flooded when we showered. The staff at the desk was very impersonable.The maid staff were very accommodating The included breakfast was very limited but adequate. Overall, you get what you pay for and the price was reasonable.

Very well situated property, 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as the Bainbridge museum of Art. Staff was universally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is a little sparse, but good enough to get ready for the day. The property could use some exterior maintenance, but the room was clean and in good shape. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Crappy little hotel painted to look nice.

NO elevator for second floor rooms and not on listing. Room was stuffy hot and AC unit didn’t work; had to have windows open (over walkway, so much for safety) until we got Fan only to work at 11pm. They have new paint but old rattling fan facilities. Staff was totally indifferent and misdirected us. No facilities. Stay somewhere else
