The staff was very nice. However the room needed some work. The electric plugs didn’t work by the beds. The deadbolt and security lock didn’t work either. It was fine. The breakfast was good. It was a short stay for us. The location was convenient.

Check in went ok, except I had the room paid for but when I booked it did t let me select that I was bringing a pet so that was an extra charge I forgot about. We were starving so we went to eat after I threw our things in the room, then when we came back it was bath time for my toddler (that I specifically called and asked for and confirmed the day before check in) so no tub and no hot water, I let it run for about 5 min and it finally turned lukewarm. The king bed was hard and we didn’t sleep very well. Very disappointed, my first stay here about 6 mi the ago was great and this time was the polar opposite.

Check in was easy. The hotel is closest to a motel 6 I’ve ever stayed. Other patrons appeared to be living there, room had random marking on the wall. Mysterious bleach stains on the bed. You get what you pay for…pay for the Hampton inn a stop light ahead

Maria was too busy on phone to help with pillows. Took an hour and she kept forgetting. Even though we love free stuff she did not charge us for our drinks at the front desk. However everything else was amazing easy check in with my online confirmation. Clean room and we had a problem with a sink and we moved to another room was fixed in 5 minutes. We will be back again soon.
