Check in i was notified i had reserved 2 rooms which was due to an error code on hotels.com. The property refused to refund the 2nd room. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pool area was dirty. My son & I went at opening time for the pool & several items of trash were rolling around pool area. The jacuzzi tiles were beyond gross. Didnt look like it had been cleaned in a long time. We wouldnt return to this hotel.

The outside of the property is a little deceiving because it's a bit shabby in need of some TLC and the area is a bit run down. However, the inside was pleasant, clean and the Firestone Grill is right next door, you couldn't have asked for a better place to be next to.

This was a pretty rough Ramada. Not terrible if you’re passing through on business! I’d say was fairly clean, Ottoman was stained like crazy and outlets were falling apart. The staff were lovely however! If anything was unacceptable I’m confident they’d find a solution for me so overall happy with the stay.

Very dirty and run down. When I pulled back the covers there was Black hair in the sheets. The floors and bathroom were also dirty. The front desk staff was nice but this hotel is disgusting.

The first thing I noticed was the freeway noise by the front doors, along with the homeless guy they chased away from the trash. Not a great start, but once we were inside the air was quiet and clean, and the pool and hot tub actually exist (not a guarantee anymore!). Breakfast was eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, juice and coffee, so a big step up from some places (cough *Motel 6* cough). The room had 2 double beds and a hideaway bed in the couch so a nice setup for larger groups.

Clean room was great, but a little small compared to the image online. Bathroom sink area needs shelves for more counter space. Comforter was like a thin styrofoam and bed was squeaky. Staff is great!
