ROOM CANCELED??

We drove five and a half hours to this hotel only to be told they canceled our reservation that morning. No contact ahead of time From the property. We booked our room well over a week in advance. We were traveling with friends and they had their reservation honored. We received no explanation for why the reservation This left us scrambling for a hotel room which we found forty miles up the highway. Never in my life have I been treated like this without an explanation. Extremely poor customer service.

This place is bare bones. Fine for a place to stop & sleep. Fair for the price. But I wouldn’t stay here if I was arriving before 10pm & staying more than 1 night. The beds were pretty old with scratchy bedding. Needs some TLC
