NO BREAKFAST !!!

The main reason I gave it a poor rating is because we expected a free breakfast. There only things provided was bitter sludge for coffee and one small package of three stale mini doughnuts. We had to go to McDonalds for breakfast which added cost and a delay to our trip.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The cutains were peeling. I didnt receive a receipt when i left. They said I would get the receipt from Hotels.com. I definitely didn't like this. I still haven't received the receipt.

Great Hotel

My husband and I enjoyed the stay we originally booked for the weekend, but decided to book another day earlier, and it was taken care of with no problems. The only issue was the first room I had the water did not shut off, so we had to be moved to a different room, even though we liked the first room better. However, the 2nd room was not bad, and they made it happen within the hour. We will go there again. The very first time this hotel was under different management, and we did not care for the hotel. Now they are under new management, and we like what we see. The staff was good, especially Nancy, who made it a smooth transition. Thank you all.

Hotel property did not let us know that we had to put a security deposit down. Also, the air conditioning did not really work. Even though we were just there for one night it was hot and miserable
