I slept with all my clothes in.

The room smelled of Chinese food, the curtain rod was hanging out of the wall, the elevator had sticky food juice from a trash bag drug through the hallway, the light flickered out of control like in a scary movie. The room was tidy but not really cleaned. The shuttle was not running when o got off the plane (picked that place because of the shuttle and reviews) I had to Lyft.

The room i was in was infested with roaches. When i went to the front to inform them i was given another suite, which had no sheets on the bed, dead roaches and dirt on the floor.

While aesthetically this building is nice to look at, when you get close up it's easy to see the the aging of the property. I stayed in room 307 My room's TV did not work (it would power in, but the Dish console did not work). When I reported it to the receptionist, she just gave me another remote. She didn't attempt to change my room or even come to look at the problem. She explained that maintenance was gone for the day and if the extra remote didn't work, to call the front desk. I said, I would love to but the phone in my room did not work either and wasn't even plugged in. Like, literally there was no cord to plug it in. She told me to call the front desk with my cell phone but didn't provide a number. Additionally, my refrigerator was not plugged in. The walls in my room had some type of water damage. The room smelled of smoke. The tub's stopper did not work, and there wereburn marks in the carpet.

The hallway on the 6th floor was filled with over stuffed trash can. The room stunk. The light switch didn't work. When i asked for another room the sheets where stained. The sink didn't work. I slept in a chair because the bed was dirty. There wasn't a tv remote in the room.I have the pics if you need them. I would like a refund.

The first room we were in the sheets were dirty. We were moved to another room and the bathroom was old and the tub and toilet were not very clean and lots of stains throughout.

Front desk was friendly. We saw a roach upon arrival to the room. Front desk was friendly and changed our room. The second room sink stopped up and had pee stains on the toilet as if it was not cleaned or sanitized.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my stay here. I'm glad I'm only here for a day I've witnessed concerning activity, had to change rooms due to mildew and faulty heating/AC, and overall, it's been a subpar experience. I will not be returning. I will say your front desk person did everything that she can to accommodate me
