Excellent Customer Service

Betty at check-in was excellent. She was so engaging and polite. She was very helpful in recommending a dinner option, which turned out to be one of the best meals we've had. My husband & I both worked in the hotel industry, so we can be very crucial. The stay was very good but the ac unit kept waking us up. That was the only downfall. I cannot say enough good things about Betty and her excellent customer service!

I’ve stayed here once a year for the past two years. This by far was my most disappointing stay. My room had no heat. I slept in cold air the first night. I told the maintenance guy, he said he would come check it out after their fire alarm testing, but he never came back. In fact I saw him go to lunch hours after telling him I had no heat. I ultimately had to repack and move to another room. The new room had heat , but the duvet/ comforter had the smell of body odor. I also did not enjoy the undercooked breakfast meat. I love the staff, very nice. I’ll give it one more try because it’s close to my Son. But if it’s the same experience or worse. I will find another hotel.

Hospital stay.

Front desk clerk Tasha was so helpful and compassionate. Husband said the breakfast attendant was so caring and offered him a tray since in was in the because I just had surgery at bayview. Overall stay was wonderful however husband complained the beds were too hard perfect location for patients who live far away.

house keeping took my drinks from the fridge , they took 10 items. i complained with the front desk. Betty approach to the housekeeping only one item was found out of 10. They gave it back because i put some pressure. It's so sad that i even left then 10 tips for the house keeping in the room. Front desk lady was very awesome and great , good costumer service skill. But housekeeping team are very bad i can imagine how many things the have took from people from so sad.
