Nice hotel when visiting Fort McHenry

Easy check in, nice variety at breakfast, secure parking lot, safe location. Beds and pillows were fair. Staff was friendly. We stayed here for easy access to Fort McHenry the following day.

The lady who greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She was very pleasant each time we spoke with her. I give her a 10 rating. However, we could not get a response from housekeeping or guest services. I called several times and no response. We checked in on Friday and out on Monday and not even the trash was removed from the room. No service at all. We were able to get additional towels from the front desk. I

The place was wonderful, clean and quiet. The staff were all so kind and smiling and helpful. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, since I was running around trying to get to my meeting I did a grab and go bag which I had not expected (great touch)!!! Will stay again since pass through area more often lately. I was very happy with the entire stay!!!

Selected the hotel for its convenient location. The bed was very uncomfortable and therefore sleeping was difficult. The pillows were also poor and offered no support. Woke up with a backache and my wife had a neck ache. The personnel working there were very pleasant however. Based on the condition of the room and bed, will not stay there again.
