Decent hotel with a very helpful staff. It is in a great location because it is close to BWI and it is also close to Arundel Mills and all of the shopping and food in that area. Although it’s not the newest hotel, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Pleas read this carefully: This property is special. The staff is incredibly helpful with a cordial and respectful vibe. I booked the stay here believing they had an indoor pool for my daughter to swim in with her friends for her birthday. When the front desk found out that her birthday bliss hung in the balance, the manager on duty called a sister hotel nearby and arranged for the princess squad to swim as long as they could handle at that property. Furthermore, in a nod to the overall quality of Hilton property staff, the front desk associates of the indoor pool site were so welcoming, you would have thought we had reserved our stay there! The icing on the cake was the wonderful breakfast that came included with our stay at Hampton Inn. My sincerest thanks to the workers of this awesome hotel. You went the extra mile for my princess, which resulted in a terrific experience for me and my family. Affordable, comfortable, kind, efficient, and dad-approved! Go Hampton Inn! Peace to everyone reading this.
