The bed and pillows were horrible. I felt like I was sleeping on a futon with no pillow. The temp in the room was either sweltering hot or freezing and we tried several times to regulate it. I left a message for the front desk to find out how to make it better and did not get a response. The hotel is in need of an update as well. Stained and worn carpets and bathroom was old. We’ve stayed here several times and it is just getting worse, I think it’s time to find another place to stay.

Wasn't able to bring the blinds down. After finally getting to sleep because people were arguing in the halls, was awakened by the bright sunlight. Cleaning staff was talking loud outside of my room even though "relaxing" sign was on the door. Probably the worse Hampton Inn that I have stayed in.

Stay overall was good bed could be more comfortable. Breakfast was very good, but due to a bus of individuals staying at the hotel, all eating breakfast at the same time took all available seating. That group should have been set up in a seperate room as not to inconvience other guests. We do this when ever we travel with ous schools students.
